TERMS OF USE FOR DIGITAL AND PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using Foresight Montessori LLC's digital and physical products ("Products"). By accessing or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our Products.

USE OF PRODUCTS

a. Our Products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our Products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.

b. For digital Products, you agree not to copy, distribute, modify, transmit, reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of our Products without Foresight Montessori LLC's prior written consent. The purchase of this product gives you, the purchaser, permission to print as many sheets as needed for your own personal or classroom needs for the purchased school year. This license is not transferable. This license does not include printing for more than one classroom.

c. For physical Products, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Products without Foresight Montessori LLC's prior written consent.

USER CONDUCT

a. When using our Products, you agree to abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.

b. You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt, impair, or interfere with the proper functioning of our Products or the experience of other users.

c. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Products, or any other systems or networks connected to our Products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a. Our Products and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of or licensed to Foresight Montessori LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Products or any part thereof unless expressly authorized by Foresight Montessori LLC in writing.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

a. Our Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Foresight Montessori LLC makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our Products.

b. Foresight Montessori LLC does not guarantee that our Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

c. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on our Products is at your own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a. In no event shall Foresight Montessori LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Products, even if Foresight Montessori LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b. Foresight Montessori LLC shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through our Products.
